Mindy and Kathy take you through a guided rest and relaxation practice. Mindful relaxation and a guided body scan are often practiced at the end of a yoga practice or at a time when rest is preferred. You may practice in one or 2 chairs or on the earth with a yoga mat. May yourself be comfortable just to be and relax with an inner smile across your chest.
