Joint Freeing From Head to Toe


Mindy and Kathy take you through gentle joint freeing movement from head to toe and toe to head! This sequence is helpful at the beginning of a yoga practice and at various times during the day to invite movement into your body such as when you wake up or have been in a still position for a lengthy period of time. It includes a focus on major joints including wrists, fingers, feet and toes, ankles, knees, hips, shoulders and much more.
